The 5OS Project Adelaide Hills Ripasso Rosé NV

As per Chardonnay but with some MV Shiraz skins just because by now SG has a real swagger and Volatilisation is now our favourite word. SG 3 MK 0.
It’s also wonderfully ironic that after banging on for years about a lighter, easy drinking red we can serve a touch chilled, Kochy finally gets his wish whilst using a technique he’s still a card carrying denier of even existing. Extra point for SG accordingly.

About The 5OS Project

This is essentially our ‘Home Brand’. We make these wines ourselves and farm out others to mates, with the intention to create a range of wines that have heaps of drinkability but not at the expense of varietal, regional and vintage characteristics. They should also look the part, embracing the talent of the respective artists whilst encouraging them to find their own beat.

Aromatics: Raspberry red frogs, red frogs and red frogs.
Palate: Like a wrapped, generous gift, lashings of Raspberry jelly & red frogs.
Finish: Touch sweet but feels about right due to nice tart acid yet no frogs.
Cellaring: Might surprise and last another summer but unlikely.

Clean finish, bright red frog lollies and strawberry finish.

Lots of red frogs! Sweet on the nose, juicy raspberry flavour leading to a perfectly dry finish. Summer just found a new best friend!

Different than your usual rose, but that is a good thing! Sweet to smell, but not overpowering. Red fruits with a little residual ‘sweet’ after. But dry at the same time… quaffable.

    Lollies on top of lollies

  5. by

    Delicious and very drinkable

    Red frogs, delicious!
